At Namojewelers, we value your trust and satisfaction, offering a comprehensive Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy on all purchases*. Simply return the product with its original certificate, and we’ll process the exchange or buy-back based on the current market value, deducting any applicable making charges, taxes, and a Rs. 1,000 processing fee. If your purchase included a discount or free gift, the respective amount will be deducted as well.
Lifetime Exchange
When you choose to exchange your jewelry, the value—after deducting making charges, taxes, processing fees, and discounts—will be credited to your Namojewelers account. You can then use this value to purchase any other item from our collection. Please note, the credited amount cannot be encashed.
Lifetime Buy-Back
Opting for our buy-back option ensures you receive the buy-back value through an online bank transfer within 15 business days of us receiving the product.
Jewelry that shows signs of alteration by anyone other than Namojewelers will not be eligible for buy-back. We reserve the right to adjust the value of the product post-inspection, providing a detailed justification for any changes.

Important Notes:
- A loss of the original product certificate results in a Rs. 1500 deduction.
- Both the original invoice and certificate are required for exchange/buy-back.
- Namojewelers products bought from non-Namojewelers stores are not eligible for exchange/buy-back.
- Buy-back is not available for Baguettes, Tapered, and Choki diamonds.
- Exchange and Buy-back are not applicable to Polki, Pearl, and Colored Stones.
- Discounts given during the original purchase will be deducted from the current market price before calculating the buy-back/exchange value. Additionally, any e-Points used will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value.
- Buy-back is only applicable for products purchased up to Rs.4,99,999/-.
- For products purchased via EMI, any unpaid EMI amount will be deducted along with the other charges.
Shipping and Insurance
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will deduct Rs.1000/- or the actual delivery charges—whichever is higher—while determining the value.
