At Namojewelers, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our 15-day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy allows you to return your item for any reason within 15 days. You’ll receive a full refund or exchange, minus Rs. 1,000/- for delivery and processing, which is borne by the customer.
Exclusions to the 15-Day Money Back Policy
- Previous Exchanges: If an order has been exchanged under the 15-Day Exchange Policy, it can only be exchanged once for the full value. Any subsequent exchanges will fall under our Lifetime Exchange policy.
- Engraved or Personalized Items: Products that have been engraved, personalized, or customized are not eligible for return under this policy.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear, or alteration. All stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or original packaging is tampered with, the return will not be processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, it undergoes a quality check. After passing the quality check, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Cash on Delivery Orders: The refund will be credited to your bank account.
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking).
Return Procedure
- Email Us: Write to us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.
- Documentation: Include the original product certificate and the original/copy of the invoice.
- Packaging: Prepare your jewelry in its original packaging along with the certificate and hand it over to the logistics executive.
- Acknowledgment: Obtain an acknowledgment for the pickup (pickup receipt, photo of tracking number, or SMS confirmation).
- Quality Check: After receiving the product, we will perform a quality check. If the product passes, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, minus the delivery charges. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or resizing by another jeweler cannot be accepted.
Important Notes
- Loss of the original product certificate will result in a Rs. 1500 deduction.
- For products purchased through the EMI system, a deduction equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount will be applied at the time of the refund of the initial installment.
Return Shipping
Namojewelers will schedule a reverse pickup for customers unable to return their products at any of our stores. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, with Rs. 1,000/- deducted as delivery and processing charges from the refund amount.
